ShopNBC: Director, Loss Prevention & Facilities
Chad has been in the retail security industry for the past 15 years. During that time Chad has held numerous leadership positions for Target Corporation, Cabela's and ShopNBC. Chad is a team player who believes in creating strong and lasting partnerships to promote success. Chad has implemented and managed numerous security, safety and facility programs during his tenure. His programs and initiatives have resulted in positive impacts for each company. Chad holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice from St. Cloud State University.

Vice Chairperson - Bryan Viau
VTI Security: Executive Vice President
Bryan Viau (pronounced view) has been with VTI since 1996 and has held positions on the end user and vendor side of the industry. He was the Director of Loss Prevention and Security at National Car Rental until 1994 when he joined the Video Sentry Corporation. He was the Vice President of Sales for Video Sentry and member of a management team that led that company through an IPO. He left VSC to become the President of Loss Control Solutions, a software developer of case management solutions for the financial services industry and subsidiary of VTI, until that entity was sold in 2004. He rejoined VTI after that sale where he assumed his current position as Executive Vice President. He is also the current President of the Minnesota Chapter of the Huntington's Disease Society of America and co-founder of the Twin Cities Hoopathon.

Secretary - Andrew Kramer
Security Control Systems, Inc: Partner
Andrew Kramer has been in the security and fire alarm industry since 1988. First as a salesperson for another company and for the last 13 years as partner in Security Control Systems, Inc. He has a bachelor’s degree from Cardinal Stritch University in Management. He is certified through ASIS International as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), and Physical Security Professional (PSP). He is also certified through NICET as a CET in fire alarm systems.

Treasurer - Tracy Hover
Waste Concepts
Tracy Hover has been a member of ASIS since 2007, and the Chapter treasurer since 2010. After spending almost five years with Shred Right / Rohn Industries working with secure information destruction, she joined Waste Concepts, a small consulting company, in the summer of 2011. At Waste Concepts, she focuses on customer service training and customer retention programs. She has Bachelor of Science degrees in both Speech Communications and English from St. Cloud State University.

Membership Chairperson - Lisa Mountain
Hannon Security Services, Inc: Business Development Manager
Lisa started at Hannon Security Services in 2007 as the Business Development Manager. Prior to working at Hannon she spent 14 years in sales and marketing with CBS Radio. She has been a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) since 2007, and she received her Certified Protection Officer (CPO) designation from the International Foundation of Protection Officers (IFPO). She holds a Bachelors degree in Public Relations and a minor in aviation from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.

Mabel Houle has been Manager of Security at American Medical Systems since 2008. Mabel holds a bachelor's degree from St. Catherine University in Information Management. She is certified through ASIS International as a Physical Security Professional (PSP). Mabel is experienced managing an integrated physical security program, and administering card access and video surveillance in a global enterprise environment.
